Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Hybrid Set.

A full Hybrid Set typically takes 90–120 minutes depending on natural lash condition, desired density, and stylist experience. New clients may require extra consultation time to discuss style, allergies, and aftercare to ensure safe, tailored results.

When applied by trained technicians using proper isolation and lightweight extensions, a Hybrid Set should not cause lasting damage. Following fill schedules, gentle care, and avoiding oil-based products reduces stress on natural lashes and maintains healthy lash growth cycles.

Most clients return every 2–3 weeks for hybrid fills to maintain fullness and replace shed lashes. Frequency depends on your lash shedding cycle, lifestyle, and preferred look. Your technician will recommend a tailored refill schedule during consultations.

We generally advise avoiding mascara to preserve adhesive bonds and reduce removal friction. If necessary, use water-based mascara sparingly and only on tips. Oil-based or waterproof formulas can break down glue and shorten extension retention, so follow aftercare recommendations.

Avoid water and steam for the first 24–48 hours, skip oil-based creams and cleansers, and cleanse lashes with a lash-safe foam or gel. Brush daily with a clean spoolie and schedule regular fills to keep your set looking full.

Inform us of recent eye surgeries, allergies, dermatitis, or current infections like conjunctivitis. Pregnant or breastfeeding clients and those on certain medications should consult their physician. We may postpone service for eye irritation or active conditions for safety.
