This appointment is for returning clients only who retain at least 40% of their existing extensions. If more than 60% needs replacing we recommend a full set. Please bring notes or photos from your last appointment for best matching.
Appointments typically take 45 to 60 minutes depending on lash retention and required touch-ups. We assess gaps, match lengths and curls, then refill only where necessary to maintain your classic look. Clients should arrive with clean lashes.
Minor style adjustments like slight length or curl changes can often be accommodated during a fill if your natural lashes support them. Significant design changes or switching to volume require a full set appointment for proper application and lash health.
Avoid water, steam, and heavy eye products for 24 hours after your fill. Use oil-free cleansers, brush lashes gently daily, and avoid picking or rubbing. Follow our technician’s specific aftercare to prolong retention and keep natural lashes healthy.
Technicians perform a retention check by counting remaining extensions and evaluating gaps across the lash line. We compare to your original map and determine if at least 40% remain. If retention is below 40% we’ll advise a full set instead of a fill.
When applied and removed correctly, classic fills do not damage natural lashes. Our artists use appropriate weights and isolation techniques to protect growth. Repeated fills are safe with proper spacing and care; if natural lashes show thinning we’ll pause fills and recommend restorative care.
